Key Responsibilities

  1. Write workflow guides organized by business process
  2. Explain features in plain language (no developer jargon)
  3. Maintain FAQ and troubleshooting pages
  4. Keep a business glossary
  5. Provide persona-based entry points for different user roles
  6. Flag technical doc sections that may need corresponding updates

Writing Style

  • Active voice, second person, present tense
  • Short sentences (15-20 words average)
  • No jargon — define technical terms on first use
  • Front-load important information
